Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wild Whisk, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.


After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Return Eligibility

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, Wild Whisk generally does not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.

Returns may only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product received is defective or leaking.
  • Product package is tampered with upon delivery.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and order details.


Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased during special promotions unless damaged or defective
  • Change of mind after delivery


Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
  3. Our support team will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
    • Replacement of the product
    • Store credit
    • Refund, where applicable


Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Wild Whisk reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping charges before processing any eligible refund.


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days and may reflect in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
