Shipping Coverage

Wild Whisk currently delivers across India. We are continuously expanding our reach to serve more customers nationwide.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional campaigns may require additional processing time.
  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Wild Whisk reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking portal.


Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.

Wild Whisk shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Incomplete contact information
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery location


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, leaking, or in an unsatisfactory condition:

  • Do not use the product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Wild Whisk is not liable for delays caused by:

International Shipping

Currently, Wild Whisk primarily serves customers within India. International shipping availability may vary and additional duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees shall be borne by the customer.
